With day six, there is not much to say about the beauty of the sights to see or the places we would go, just of that of the the mechanic that would be working on our bike.
After arranging to be towed to the local dealership, we filled out the paperwork on the bike and they jumped right on the bike getting it ready to roll once again. This being with the idea that all we needed was a new clutch cable and a new battery.
With the bike off the back of the tow truck and the trailer pushed to the side and us in waiting, we decide to bag up our dirty clothes and head off to the local laundry... This is the part that makes this day a good day.
Standing in the shop of the dealership,
with our laundry at hand, we ask directions where to go. That is for
one within walking distance. Except, we would not have to walk,
instead, the mechanic that was working on our bike handed us the keys to his
truck... Really, really cool.
With our clothes now done and a few phone calls made to locate my phone and making arrangements to have it mailed back to the house, we are back at the dealership and ready to roll.
A new battery, a clutch cable and a few other odd and end items that were done. This also including a clean check of the electrical and charging system, we paid the bill and said our farewells.
