With a ruler sitting across the original rims, the space between the clips where taken.

From there, the measurements were transferred over to the new wheels and the clips taped on for a tests fit.

From the outside, it looks great but there is big problems with the clips.

Not only are the clips to far apart for these new hub caps, there are to short to reach.

Again the clips are located and taped down for another run, yet after dropping a hub cap down, the same thing.

After measuring the spacing on the hub cap this time, the clips were taped on the wheels and fitted once more.  The distance was good but still to short.

To fix the issue of the clips being to short, a second set of wholes where drilled into the clips.  From there, the wheels were drilled and threaded.  From there, nylon spacers were inserted and everything screwed down.

It is not what I was hopping for, but works.  Besides, with the hub caps on, you would never know.  Another issue still exist, when it comes time to take the hub caps off, sitting as low as they do in the wheel, the wheels will most likely be messed up when the hub caps are pried off.  So for now, the hub caps will stay off until the truck is ready to roll.
