With the new upper windlace retainer pained, it was
lined up on the edge of the door frame and marked where all the new wholes
would need to be drilled. These are from the original wholes in the
cab and transfer over to the retainer. These new retainers only had a few wholes punched on the three pieces that went on each side. For me, seeing the wholes where already in the cab, I went ahead and drilled new wholes in the retainer and went to work. |

Here is the rear retainer on the driver's side all
screwed into place.

| To put the new rubber in, it has to
be slid down the entire length of the track in the retainer and takes a good
bit of working to see that happen. For a lubrication, I used 'personal lubrication'. Otherwise known as KY Jelly. |
