At first I figured if I lightly secure the center brace in, I could maneuver the headliner in place but quickly removed the center brace with realizing the new headliner has no flexible characteristics.

After sliding and lightly securing the headliner in over the window frame, wholes where cut for the visors using a small Xacto knife.

The Xacto knife was also used to locate the screw holes.

After the visors brackets were secured, the window frame was secured.

From there, the center brace was installed and the back half of the headliner was slid into place and the back brace was secured.

Here is the headliner now in place

I don't know if it was the installer here or if it is the headliner that did not exactly fit, but there will need to be some light trimming before the upper windlace could be installed.

The sun visor now slid into place.  Don't yet know how they are to be secured properly to the cross arm.  For that I will need to do some internet research.
