Cab Interior

Starting to look good. | |
| In order to have a quieter ride along with some insulation from the outside elements, I added a small amount of insulation to the inside of the cab. | ||
| By trying to be smart with my money,
instead of ordering an insulation package for the truck or insulation sold
on automotive web sites, I ventured down to my local HomeDepot. From what I have seen of the automotive insulation, they are close to what you can buy in a roll at a big box store. Just hope it stays attached which I have no reason to expect it won't. |

The area under the seat will never be visible once
the seat is in place. For the area on the back of the cab and behind the seat, I don't expect it to show once the seat is bolted in, but if it is, the insulation might just come out. |
||
| Here is a shot of the roof. Based on some quick numbers, this insulation or hushmat would run me around $100 through Eastwood. With HomeDepot, closer to $30. |

Here is the a shot of the heater after putting it
back in along with the thermostat and defroster cable. The defroster hoses here are the original ones with the truck. I ordered replacements for them. The ones that say, "Match the original."... Well, they were very far from that and will now be going back. |

Window trim now going in around the windshield. Lightly secured in place leaving plenty of room to slide in the headliner. |
