One down, one to go.

After completing the second bed side, the front panel and the cross seals, the bed was assembled on the floor of the garage and then lifted up on jack stands.

Here is the front right corner of the bed being assembled.  Note that between the front panel and the bed sides, neoprene rubber was cut and fit into place.  As for the wood pole that was inserted into the top of the bed side, that was used for a handle for moving the bed side around and so forth.

Another angle of the bed going together.

Here is a shot of the wood after being cut to size and laid in the bed to see what it was going to look like and to make sure it all fit.

Will go over wood sizes shortly.
