Although the note on the tape has "20" for the thread count, "18" is the actual count.

		Bed side mounting holes with tailgate hinge to rear bed sill. Bed side to rear bed sill: (2) 3/8" - 16 x 3/4" (4) flat washers (2) lock washers (2) nuts. Tailgate hinge to bed side and rear sill: (2) 5/16" - 18 x 3/4" bolts (2) flat washers (2) lock washers (1, maybe 2) nuts
