Front leaf springs before removing.

Rear leaf springs before removing...  Due to the fact of getting carried away, I forgot to take pictures of how it came apart.

After disassembly the rear leaf springs, I found that two of the springs on the left side were broken.  This being spring #2 and #4, from the longest to the shortest.

 

After spending a little bit of time on-line researching the cost and if I could replace just these two springs, I decided I would simply weld them back together and see what happens.

After grinding away the rust and chamfering the edges, I clamped the broken spring to the adjacent spring and went to work.
