Existing horn button.

Existing horn button and steering wheel retaining nut after removal

Self engendered steering wheel puller.

 

4-5 inches of angle iron with three holes drilled.  Two (outer holes) for 3/8 x 1-1/2" bolts screwed into existing threaded holes in the steering wheel.

 

Center hole drilled with 5/16 nut tack welded on the back side.

 

With angle iron bolted in place, 5/16 bolt slowly turned, steering wheel slowly slides off.
