Front fender brace for the front fender, now mounted.

Note:  At every location where the fender brace, inner and outer fender along with the cab come in contact, neoprene rubber is being cut to match the existing pads that were used.

neoprene rubber cut to go in between cab and outer fender and held in place with black weather stripping adhesive.

To cut the neoprene to size and shape, it was held over the area and by pushing on the neoprene , the curvature of the underlying metal could be felt and marked for cutting.  Using the first one after its final shaping, it was used as a pattern for the other side of the truck.

Neoprene was also cut to go between the front brace and the outer fender along with the area up front where the inner and outer fender overlap.

The first outer front fender is now in place.

For the fender welt was cut and put in place before the bolts were tightened down and there was still some spacing between the cab and the fender.

Front right fender now in place.

Now it is time for the right fender.
