The truck frame is now center stage and the focus of my efforts.

The approach on the frame is to remove as much of the rust and paint as I can before attempting to blast it.

To remove the rust and paint, I will be attacking it with sanding disk (50 and 80 grit) and assortment of wire wheels.

Once the paint and rust is removed, for the most part, the frame will be flipped over and the process will continue.

From there the frame will be rolled out of and blasted.

After spending about ten hours with sanding disk and an assortment of wire wheels the frame was power washed.  Then flipped over, power washed again and brought back inside to dry.

The next day the routine of sanding and hitting with wire wheels for another eight hours or so, it was to the point where it could be blasted with out wasting time with old paint and grease/dirt build ups.

After six hours with the media blaster, the bottom side of the frame was looking good.

With the bottom side now blasted, the frame will now be undergoing another eight hours or so of the wire wheel.  Once this side looks like 'stainless' it will be flipped back over to have the top side blasted.
