Exhaust pipe at rear of truck

Exhaust coupling from muffler to rear exhaust pipe

Existing muffler and support bracket.

After about a year after taking the exhaust system out, a new one was bought.  Originally I was pricing out have a system built from stainless but with the price and the difficulties of finding a shop that would make it for me, I went with a standard system.

With the pipes and muffler in hand, I drove up to a local Meineke and they duplicated the entire system for $100.00.

Now in and with the existing hangers (not original) not up to par, I fabricated my own hangers form 1 inch flat stock that would bolt to the frame under rubber padding and then support the exhaust through clamps.

After fabricating the new hangers, they were cleaned up and powder coated using high-temp powders.

This is the far rear hanger that supports the exhaust pipe right before it turns out under the bed of the truck.

This is the center hanger right after the muffler.

Notice the rubber pad witch is an extra cab mounting pad.

Here is the front hanger where the header pipe goes into the muffler.

Here is a picture off all three in line.  The first one you can see, the second barley and the third one, almost out of site.
