Dusty motor

Motor secured in frame.

Ready to move on to the flywheel, clutch and transmission.

Just another picture

Front motor mount.

Tin motor mount cover powder coated with chrome color powder.

Now with transmission in place along with forward controls and starter linkage.

Over a year has now passed by since the motor was put back together.  From that time till now, the cab has been completed along with many other parts.  Yet time has passed and the time to get the motor cranked back up is right around the corner.

In preparation for this, I smashed down an end off a steel rod so that it would fit into the oil pump.  (This being after removing the distributor.)

With the cordless drill, I am able to turn the oil pump and get oil flowing through the motor with out having to crank it.  This  taking place every day for about a week before attempting to start the motor for the first time.

Also to help things along and to get the best reading possible, I picked up an temporary gauge set from the parts store and hooked them up for the first run.
