Existing fuse panel.

This is the new wire harness from YNZ's Yesterday Parts.

With this harness, you will spend more money than else where but I wanted the best I could find.  These are all cotton wrapped wires as original along with exact terminations.

I love this harness and recommend YNZ.  Talked to the owner when placing my order.  Nice guy and very informative.

Also with the harness was the factory wire diagram along with YNZ's.

Here is the wire harness going in.

This is the existing fuse panel with new harness.

Fuse panel cover snapped in place.

Note:  With YNZ's instructions and this being a 12volt system and with a new PowerGen, the voltage regulator (top black box) is not used.  Instead, one of the terminals on the regulator are used to hold two wire ends together.  These giving you the appearance that it is still being used.

This all being good but with YNZ's instructions, I think the right post is incorrect.  When hooked up this way and battery installed, the regulator makes some horribly loud noises....  Quick to unhook the battery.  From there moved to the center post on the regulator and problem fixed.
