Here is, if you can tell, is a picture of the "outer rubber weather seal."

This will need to be installed with the window channel off and before sliding the window in.  Something I had to learn after pulling the window back out and unscrewing the window channel.

With this door and all its many pieces, I learned a good bit about the order to which things need to go together.  For the passenger side door I am planning on doing it in this order:

1) Paint, clear coat and polish door.

2) Glue on and cut to length, weather seal.

3) Install window channel, drill and tap screw holes, remove and cut to length.  Place channel to the side out of the way.

4) Slide into place outer rubber weather seal and cut to length.

5) Bolt on door hinges to cab, slide door into place, adjust and bolt on securely.

6) Install window regulator with slide.

7) Install and secure door latch followed by inside door control.

8) Slide in new window with finished window frame and secure into place .

9) Slide in felt window channel and screw into place.

Note:  The order you choice is up to you.  This is my plan of attack based on what I learned from the first door.
