After finishing up the final sanding last night, I pulled the cab out side and hit it with the power sprayer to get off the bulk of the sanding residue. Followed that up with a detailed washing with a soft cloth, water and soap. Much like washing my daily driver. From there, hit it again with the power washer paying close attention to all the fine details. No crack or corner was left untouched. | |
| After power washing the second time I went back to the hose for a final rinse and then spent an hour with a shammy and compressed air drying out every drop of water. Then pulled the cab back inside and set it up over night with a fan blowing on the inside of the cab. | ||
| This evening I will be giving the cab another detailed wipe down with a wax and grease remover (paint prep) with the air hose in hand to clean out any missed spots and then follow that up with a tack cloth and shot on a sealer. | ||
| Now with the sealer sprayed and dry, I started to tap off the inside of the cab so the outside can be shot. | ||
| Taping off the edges first and then backing out a with a few rows of tape, I then added paper. | ||

| Taping off the inside of the cab not to forget the holes in the firewall and behind the dash. | ||
