Here is the outside of the inner panel after priming.  I guess from the camera flash, the primer shows up white in the picture but it is actually the same primer as before.

On the weld joints this side of the panel I did not spend much time other than knocking off the high spots with the grinder.

I figures seeing this are will be covered with the outer panel and would never be seen again, why waist the time along with what could weaken the welded butt joints.

Once again for the right side of the truck, the new floor board is in along with the inner panel.  The next step is to screw on the outer and upper cowl panel to test the fitting.  From there squeeze in the inner to outer panel.  Get it located in the correct spot and so forth.

The upper cowl is now in place and ready to weld in.

The upper cowling now welded in.  The welds ground down and sanded flush.
